Responsibilities

  • Responsible for website / mobile / application interface design
  • Provide wireframe and presentation for interface development
  • Research of the latest trend of web design and new user behavior of internet
  • Have Fun playing with new idea, creative and interface.
  • Design, develop, test, and support end-to-end application capabilities and functionality
  • Optimize existing code for performance, reusability, and readability
  • Proactively identify competing priorities and work with teammates to resolve and/or escalate
  • Document and communicate application design, maintenance processes, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Create libraries and APIs that enable modular, extensible design
  • Attend daily meeting to communicate status and coordinate workloads
  • Consider interfaces both from the perspective of a user and a developer

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Multi-media, Interactive Design or related discipline
  • Strong design sense, out of the box thinking but practically apply to interface
  • 3 years solid experience in website / mobile / application user experience and user interface design.
  • Knowledge user behavior tracking and usability assessment on in website / mobile / social media application is highly recommended.
  • Master of Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, or any graphic and coding tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML 5, CSS, , J-Query, WordPress or motion graphic is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of high-performance and scalable JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of standard development tools such as version control systems, IDEs, etc.
  • Experience with client-side testing
  • Familiarity with any of the following a plus: Social APIs (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc), SASS, LESS, CSS, agile methodology, design patterns, Phonegap
  • Excellent command of verbal Cantonese, written English and Chinese.
  • Innovative, hard working and willing to update knowledge of new technology
  • We love designer with coding skill, less experience will be considered as Digital Designer/ UI Developer position.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Social Media management: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Wechat and Weibo
  • Conduct social media tools training to partners and advice partners on the content strategy
  • Onboard new partners in HK and China region, such as influencers, government, news organization and media
  • Assist China and Asia Pacific regional strategic partners in training
    (mostly online using Bluejeans, Join.me)
  • Create branded content including video, photography, podcasts, slideshows, infographics, etc. for distribution across our digital platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Use and monitor digital tools, analytics and trends to understand the target market and what, where, how and why content is consumed by the audiences
  • Work with other Business Units to find and leverage collaboration opportunities that lead to increased engagement of their consumer base.
  • Have Fun playing with photo, video, technology, creative and crazy idea.

Requirements

  • Creative, fun, playful and sensitive to the news and social media topic trend.
  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, PR, Communication or related discipline
  • Understanding about horse racing, 100most, such as Hong Kong forum, golden, uwants, or other online platform experience
  • Video filming, editing, motion graphic production skill is a must
  • Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English is a must with ability to read news article, manual, information in English
  • Passionate about digital content and content marketing strategy
  • Presentable with good communication and project management skills
  • At least 2 year agency experience managing social channels for a company or organisation
  • Able to create strong connection with KOLs with strong sense of sports, event, TV, media, music, news and public affair.
  • International travelling is required occasionally.
  • Interested to learn about new technical tools and adopt new web/e-commerce/social networking/social media technologies
  • Knowledge in WordPress, Twitterphotoshop, photography and video production is a plus
  • Mainland China or South-East Asia background is an advantage.
  • less experience or fresh graduate will be considered as Social Media Assistant/trainee position.

  • Manage a new regional sales force and business development direction for Wayin in Asia Pacific Region, including South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Taiwan, Thailand.
  • Organise successful worldwide reference as case studies targeting different regional market and sectors
  • Build up and maintain client relationship with brand, corporates and business partner top management
  • Work with client’s marketing, social and digital teams to identify organisational needs and objectives
  • Demonstrate and sell value of our innovative solutions to brand marketers/executives
  • Maintain a fresh perspective in diagnosing client issues to prescribe the best solution
  • Become an expert on our social media intelligent solutions, keeping apace with market movements
  • Use Pipedrive / Salesforce to record progress with accounts and stay organised
  • Be accountable for individual goals and metrics
  • Generate leads from your rolodex and resources with brands that could be interested in our social media solutions
  • Provide ideas to help continuously improve our solutions and keep the company informed about customer feedback and data gathered in the field

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience creating new markets, moving prospects along the sales cycle, and closing large enterprise customers at big brand organisations
  • Experience in advertising sales, digital solution business development, media buy is strong advantage.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of social media players, trends, and platforms
  • Must be able to supply metrics around sales/revenue goals
  • Attention to detail, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English is a must
  • Ability to assess and synthesise date to create compelling stories that motivate prospects to take action
  • Experience working with complex and customisable enterprise solutions
  • Demonstrable skills in independent judgment and problem solving
  • Fast learning and develop full potential of our social media product and service
  • Knowledge of social media landscape in the Asia pacific regions.
